Half Day in Jerusalem

From the heights of Mount Scopus, Jerusalem unfolds beneath you. Gaze upon the domes, minarets, bell towers, and the iconic Dome of the Rock beyond the walls of the Old City. Descend Mount Scopus, passing by the Church of All Nations, the Garden of Gethsemane, and the Kidron Valley. In the Jewish Quarter, explore the Byzantine-era excavated Cardo and the revered Western Wall (Wailing Wall). The journey continues along a segment of the Via Dolorosa, the path Christ walked toward his crucifixion. Today, the site of Christ’s crucifixion at Calvary and his tomb are housed within the Church of the Holy Sepulchre. Wander through the Old City Bazaar, where you can find unique souvenirs.

The tour concludes around 1:00 PM in the Old City. Please note: Return to hotels is not included.

Half Day in Bethlehem

Travel through the Judean Hills to Bethlehem. Upon arrival, stop at Manger Square and enter the historic Church of the Nativity, built around the sacred grotto where Jesus was born on Christmas Eve. A silver star on the grotto’s floor marks the exact site of the Nativity. Admire the church’s architectural features, its artworks, and remnants of the original mosaic floor. The tour then proceeds to the Church of St. Catherine, passing beneath it to ancient grottos showcasing altars, tombs, and the site where St. Jerome translated the Hebrew Bible into Latin. Depart Bethlehem via the Shepherds’ Field and the Biblical Field of Ruth before returning to Jerusalem.

The tour ends around 1:00 PM at Jerusalem’s David Citadel Hotel. Return to hotels is not included.
